Akasha
I put what is already written in a discussion’s thread, if it doesn’t bother.
“Hello all, as we can read in IIH that the Akasha is
linked to the fifth center in the neck, does anyone know the
relation, or analogies, between Akasha and the physiological
functions of this region of the human body, or organs, like vocal
cords? It is also the way through which food, water and air pass.
Thank you very much.”
Jake
“Thats the general consensus. In the IIH book, the middle
finger is connected to the Akasha; however, according to Vedic
thought and also in marks experience the thumb is connected to
Akasha. I agree with that more from split testing both approaches as
well. Placing your hand on your stomach, those fingers align with the
chakras in accordance to the density of the energy. Vocal cords and
Akasha are definitely connected. try out the “aum” mantra when
you are connecting with the sun sphere. Akasha is the empty form of
everything and so much more. It can never be truly defined, as it is
the most undeniable mechanic and principle underneath and beyond all
form. Only we can experience aspects of how our sensory perception
interacts with it and manipulates matter. The best we can do is to
practice with it and revel in the mystery. Have fun! “______________________________________
Thanks for your answer Jake. I would add, as the thumb can touch all over fingers, it gives it even more credit.</font>
Imagine a place, where, what is normally full, is now empty of its matter, and only lines that defines the structure remain (like a 3D CAD), and where you can move, between 2 points, instantly. Can we define this place as Akashic? A “place” which structure the world before manifesting it?
If the vocal cords are connected to the Akasha, the source of the necessary vibration, to make the “structure”, created in the Akasha (essentially?), coming into life, via the voice, is it located in the DanTian or Svadhisthana chakra? If so, we should learn to use the whole air column of our body, like singers or wind instruments musicians. If so, can we use wind instruments instead of the voice to apply the kabbalistic art? Thank you.
