We want you to feel confident and excited about joining the Mystery College Membership community. That’s why we offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund policy for all new membership sign-ups.

How it works:

• If you are not completely satisfied with your Mystery College Membership for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase.
• We will issue a full refund-no questions asked.
• This policy applies only to your first month of membership and does not extend to subsequent renewals.

• This refund policy is exclusive to the Mystery College Membership and does not apply to any courses, workshops, or certification programs offered separately.
• To request a refund, email admin@mysterycollege.com with your membership details within 7 days of your purchase.
• Processing your payment may take 3-5 business days.
